Base Coat:  IL Primer

1. Trowel one coat of Smooth Rock BC 141-- allow to dry.
2. With a sea sponge, roll on second coat and knock down. Allow to dry.
3. With a sea sponge, roll on Smooth Rock MT 906 and knock down.
4. Open your sponge, and use the belly of the sponge on Smooth Rock Verdigris
