Wild Thing Stencil Faux by Kathy

Recipe as follows:

  • Pep and prime the surface accordingly.
  • Paint two coats of Harrington Tan.
  • Apply stencil and using a chip brush Strie Modern Masters Metallic Paint Pale Gold allow to dry then brush across with Raw Umber and water allow to dry.
  • Do not bring all the way out to the edges.
Apply stencil and then use Golden Proceed Smooth Translucent Glazing Texture mixture for pattern allow to dry and then place veins and use Golden Proceed Smooth Translucent Glazing Texture to make veins.
